Bad Matchmaking Thread

in recent days, I have been playing with very low-level players, although I have 400+ hours in the game, but I play on support, please help
21798533 - team lose all lanes, only i win
21765708 - No one in the team did any damage and lose all lanes
21661971 - teammate ragequitting
21613347 - teammates don't know how to play the game, and they don't do enough damage in core positions
I play with my teammates and they think that I play well even on their rating, they are all VHS, please help the support in this game to raise the rating for playing with the same strong players.

Duo queue with Lash whom ended up swapping lane with Abrams. Our lane was the only one that seemed to be balanced whilst all other lanes stats have been in favor of the enemy team.
Our Lash did great picking off key targets such as Haze, Talon and Vindicta and our Abrams did amazing in team fights but every time we'd punish one of the enemy mistake or greed, we'd be set back by the enemy Infernus consistently picking off our Seven and Bebop.
