Would much prefer balanced team comps instead of trying to balance it with "bad players counteract good players" on a team

Bad ping, Teammates stealing lane, camps and dropped souls.
Making it impossible to win when I lost my lane because teammates stayed in theirs. Feels like you know the outcome of the game after the first 5 min since they changed the matchmaking.

I didn't even have time to farm because every lane was gone by the first 5-6 minutes and the other team kept pushing one lane all the way to our base leaving one person to take out the rest of our walkers while we tried and failed to push them back. By then it was already to late to do anything because the other team was so far ahead. Pretty much every game I've played for the past few days have been like this and it's simply not fun anymore.

I won a bunch of games on lash and i guess "boosted" my mmr, im playing other heros now and basically throwing for my team, I don't mind losing since im bad at other heros but it feels unfair to my team -

there was 70k difference in souls by end of game. Enemy destroyed us in kd ratio, destroyed us in urns, destroyed us in map awareness and rotations, destroyed us in all the ways

All lanes lost their Walker before we took a single guardian. Wraith had 25k when the rest of their team had 12k. The McGinnis was teabagging incessantly. Never had a soul lead. I would've rather waited in matchmaking for the length of this match than play this match again.

My Infernus games have been really really weird since about 3 days and i cant put my finger on it. I went from 60% winmrate all the way to 50% in 3 days. Could just be a loosing streak but ive been having really bad luck with some teams since 3 days. And its only on Infernus all my other characters are fine and i have normal games. Also i didnt have such a big loss streak ever before (283 games played).
