So I disable Nvidia App and saw some improvements. But since I use it to overclock, I wanted to see what might be causing it. I guess G-Sync was on and turning that off showed improvements. The game would still be blue when I pressed escape, pressed tab, and opened the shop. Swapping my scaling device from Monitor to GPU fixed it 95% of the way. No more blue and steam overlay works again. The thing is that when alt tab and hover over deadlock, it still displays blue, but that doesn't really make the game unplayable in any way. I'm not sure if it was a driver issue at the end of the day or something with the new update changed it. I have been messing with my PC settings this past week, so it could have been a combination of things.
Recent Update turned my game blue. I also can't open the steam overlay. I tried out 3 different games and Deadlock is the only one I don't have the issue with. When I tab out of the game and tab back in, the color fixes itself for about half a second. Could be a potential driver issue, but I have been unable to replicate these effects in any other game.
