Can't play the game anymore, crashes on startup.

This is on steam deck.
I turned on vulkan because someone on reddit said it fixes the crippling stutters I'm having. Now the game will not launch without crashing my whole device. There is seemingly no way to fix this or change my setting back without launching the game. So I'm fucked until this is fixed. Please fix it :/
