i woke up today and deadlock seemingly no longer works on my system. ive turned all my mods off and it still just hangs at the valve logo and kicks me to desktop. i would really appreciate it if there were accessible crash logs for the game but i cant find a location anywhere on the internet. there was also a brief stint post update where this happened, but it mysteriously went away on its own.
steps ive taken to fix this :
launch without mods
reset gameinfo.gi
verify installed files
complete reinstall
none have worked
