constant crashes leading to bans on my account

Hello, want to know what the fix is for these constant crashes. I used to get hard crashes ever since the most recent update to the game. Turning all my graphics settings down fixed that. however, "FATAL ERROR "(PACK)" Persists. I'm not a leaver, but this consistently puts me in a ban from play state and frankly unfair. what are the fixes to these crashes? Can my bans be reset?

I have:
-re installed steam and the game
-closed background processes
-restarted pc
-all drivers up to date

PC Specs
Nvidia 3080TI
AMD R7 5700x3d
32G DDR4
Windows 11
Asus MOBO

currently banned for next 24hrs. any help appreciated!
