Incredibly bad performance issues post nvidia update.

For clarification I'm running a RTX 3080(10gb) with an i9-9900k cpu with 32 gigs of ram, games installed on an SSD. I've tried all manner of graphics settings options after a recent update to my graphics card about 3 weeks ago and the games performance has become utterly terrible. I've tried all versions of the upscaling tech options on directx and vulcan aswell and they all yield similar results with DLSS performing the worst. The game looks pixelated and horrible no matter what upscaler is used. I can get 1 good game still with some intense stuttering in places, but after that it becomes unplayable without a restart. If I don't restart between matches the next game gets horribly choppy, and I mean totally unplayable choppy. This isn't happening in other games whatsoever so I know it's not a card issue but a driver one. I'm not sure what's happened but I just thought I should let you know in hopes it gets fixed. Thanks
