severe stuttering after update

after the new update my game has been laggin constantly with no aparent reason.
(note: im from chile and in every other game ive tested i get no stuttering ej: league of legends, valorant, overwatch. so i know its a game issue and not my internet.)

i have also noticed that it often happens after updates.
before the update the game would stutter (wich i assume its something that will be fixed down the line since it doesnt happen with other games) but not this severe

i have played 3 games so far and in all 3 it was the same
