The 10% slow when being shot can trigger Debuff remover

Not sure if intended but the new effect that causes everyone to get slowed by 10% when shot is considered a debuff and will cause debuff remover to give health and speed.

Basically you can just trigger debuff remover at any time now when being shot and will heal and give move speed.

This is an old bug, and it applies to many things not only bullets, but all active objects as well.

its actually an old bug that screen texts are considered as debuff.
