You can get yourself stuck in the training room behind a pile of boxes in the front right of the training area.

Performed while using the fan and air dashing as Wraith. The staircase next to the soul fan has a few boxes that you can get into from the air and must change character to teleport out. This feels sloppy and should have the geometry changed to prevent this.
