Theres a gap in the bullet velocity market

Right now for characters who like more bullet velocity (vindicta, holliday, etc) the ONLY option is high velocity rounds, as express shot completely changes the way your gun functions, and Armor piercing rounds is a luxury item with a specific use.

The issue here is that characters who want higher bullet velocity, say vindicta, have nothing to replace it with in the mid to late game. Vindicta needs more power to scale, so selling high velocity late game makes sense, but you are then playing without the bullet velocity you played the entire rest of the game with.

I think a 3200 item that gives you bullet velocity and maybe like one or two other perks would be a great addition to the game, and would fill the gap left by express shot being too niche for most characters to want to use. Would be much appreciated!

Honestly, I've never seen Vindicta buy velocity rounds. Characters who require bullet velocity, like Peggy and the Doorman, are actually spirit heroes. Warden also purchases velocity rounds, but only during the laning phase.

I do think High Velocity rounds needs another option besides Express Shot & APR, but I don't think Vindicta is the person who'd be needing/wanting it the most.

Unlike those opinions I got too high ping to play Vindicta, so I do like bullet velocity on her, maybe bonus could be ammo refund every 3 shots??

When you put together a 'community item ideas' post without posting an actual idea, you tend to get irrelevant chaff. Me included.

Maybe include an actual specific item idea with stats.

I feel like the characters who want express shot don't really need/want high velocity rounds and vis versa. seems a little weird to me.
I personally just don't like the express shot item anyway though.
