I'm sorta liking this idea and all, but... Just one small thing I gotta know:

How's he gonna hit the souls with his Rocket Launcher during the laning phase?

SHITHOUSE blows creeps up so hard that the souls fly to him.

Basically he has to lasthit mobs like in dota (others just need to be near the mobs really).

If you think SHITHOUSE as an actual character could be in Deadlock as is with no changes to his character/design, I'm very glad you're not on the development team.

Him having some good ideas and an admittedly very funny forum post doesn't mean he'd fit in at all with Deadlock's world/setting/gameplay structure.

I do not think valve would put in this character with no play testing. But also is having a rocket launcher and barrier really that far-fetch? There is already similar abilities to that in the game. (Viscous, and Abrams.) The ult also just sounds like a stronger version of Venator's shotgun.
