Recent patch game freezing

In the most recent patch, the game has been freezing as if it is going to not responding and then back to normal. It happens with my friends also at the same time, so I'd be led to believe it is a server issue?

also having that issue, and i dont know what is causing it.looks like some classic memory leak kind of deal, game completely freezes for 2-3 seconds at random

I've had this as well, I believe it around jungle waves spawn?

I've also had random freezing that was not there before.
