Move Speed is wrong

I don't recall if move speed is set to have diminishing returns or not, but nothing really adds up. It's possible some of the items might just be bugged. If it has diminishing returns the wording should be changed. I know there is a difference between move speed and sprint speed.

Blood Tribute says 2 m/s and so does juggernaut. Warden goes from 7.9m/s to 9.9m/s with juggernaut and then to 12m/s when you activate Blood Tribute. This adds up near exact to how it's worded. When you activate FF without BT it goes from 9.9m/s to 12m/s, FF says it gives 3m/s, this does not add up. When you activate all three of these together you only move at 13m/s. The math is 2+2+3=7, not 2+2+3=5.

Now let's add Heroic Aura, 9.9+1.5=11.4, but it reads at 11m/s. Why does it read at 0.9, but not 0.4 unless it isn't adding up that way. The 1.5 is Sprint speed and activating it adds 2.2 Move speed, it changes from 11m/s to 13m/s. Where are these fractions going? Here's the weird part, activating FF makes you go from 11m/s to 14m/s. Why does Fleet Foot work correctly here? When I activate both FF and HA, it now puts it at a flat 15m/s. This should be a 5.2m/s increase, but clearly is not. This should be 16.6 without blood tribute and 18.3 with. It is only 16m/s with all of this activated.

It seems your speed averages about 15-20 and maxes out around 25-26. this being said it's counter intuitive to have players think they're getting as much benefit from having more than a hand full of items that give move speed. you should also fix having items like FF that tell you it removes the move speed penalty while shooting, but doesn't tell you that it only fully works vs NPCs, while taking you out of sprint in PVP lowering your speed.

To close this off I should state that if it is bugged, it can be fixed. If speed is diminishing then you should add a diminishing returns warning when buying too many speed items.

- Move Speed bonuses now stack diminishingly

a lot of wording in descriptions might be outdated or lack of info though yeah

I was unsure, but I still feel that these values are a little bit more confusing than percentages stacking diminishingly. They adjusted a lot of the values to just be lower in total, but when they present the value as m/s it becomes readable in a different way than if they just said 10% speed increase. I don't personally feel like m/s should scale diminishingly as it is a pretty solid value, similar to items that add spirit power. I do feel like some of the items do activate incorrectly, as the order you use speed based buffs can actually make a huge difference for some reason.
