[Hero Concept] Quke, Jazz Composer (Tank/Support Hybrid)

Hey all, I am long time MOBA player and been playing Deadlock for a long time. Lots of the MOBAs that I play I am a big fan of summoner characters so I thought it would be fun to try and take a crack at making a Deadlock equivalent!

Quke, the Jazz Composer (Named after Duke Ellington)

Base HP 850 scaling +40 per boon, +0.9 Spirit per boon, +.04 Gun Per Boon
Health Regen: 2
Move Speed: 7.5m/s base / 9m/s Sprint
Stamina: 3 (3rd bucket dash speed (slow))

Gun: Maestro's Hand, A baton shooting out musical notes
Does fairly low AOE damage on impact, 16 ammo clip size
Damage: 13.2 (6.6 AOE) (DPS: 42.24) , Bullets Per Second, 3.2. Velocity: 190m/s
Light/Heavy Melee (45/110 +1.4/+3.2Gun Boon)

Ability 1: Penny "Ivory Queen" (Pianist) (1/4 Max HP of Quke)
Summon Penny to play a relaxing tune in a circle (6m) around her for 75hp/s, allies nearby are granted healing (20hp/s (.45x spirit scaling). If allies are full health they are instead granted a decaying shield (decay = 30hp/s after 10 seconds) equal to the amount of healing they would have received. 50 second cooldown (cooldown is active from when she is summoned)

Solo: Penny's relaxing tune now heals 40hp/s (.9x spirit scaling). At full HP nearby allies get a 2m/s sprint speed increase. Shield is Non Decaying

Tier 1: +0.2x spirit scaling
Tier 2: Allies are granted a temporary spirit buff (1.5 spirit per second) until the shield is broken
Tier 3: Enemies that are in the radius of the song are put to sleep + 4 metre radius upgrade

Ability 2: Saxson "The Bear" (Saxophone) (1/4 Max HP of Quke)
Summon Saxson to play a distracting tune for 60hp/s, nearby minions are drawn towards Saxson to listen to his great sound (15m radius). Saxson deals 40dmg/s (.7x spirit scaling) in an area around him (8m)
Non-player characters take 2.5x damage from Saxson. 23 second cooldown (cooldown active from initial summon)

Solo: If nearby players can hear Saxson's sound for more than 3.5 seconds, a stun is placed onto them, detonating after 1.5 seconds and dealing 90dmg (.6x spirit scaling)

Tier 1: NPCs take 3.5x damage from Saxson
Tier 2: -8 second cooldown
Tier 3: Enables Charges

Ability 3: Darron "The Sticks" (Drummer) (1/4 Max HP of Quke)
Summon Darron to keep the beat for 50hp/s. Enemies in Darrons Range (18m) take 30dmg/s (1.1x spirit scaling) and suffer from -1% bullet/spirit resistance for each second in range (regaining after 3 seconds). 45s cooldown (cooldown active from when he is summoned)

Solo: Enemies in range of Darron's beats suffer a 50% slow, allies receive a 30% speed increase

Tier 1: +10dmg/s
Tier 2: Increase range by 6m
Tier 3: Increase to -2.5% resistance shred

Ability 4: Time to Show Off!
Conduct your "Next on Stage" to do a Solo, empowering their next piece! 115 second cooldown (limited time after pressing button (similar to sinclair stealing ults))

Tier 1: -15 second cooldown
Tier 2: Double the range of your next performer
Tier 3: The Next on Stage gets 1/2 Max HP of Quke (instead of 1/4)



So basically if you made it this far, here is basically how it would work:
If Quke has 1000hp, summoning Penny, Saxson or Darron will give them 250hp, they decay at their own rates (75, 60, 50 hp/s so they would each have an uptime of 3.3s, 4.2s, 5s)

So Quke is a late game tank basically summoning all these totems that give buffs to your team / deal damage / debuff the enemies that are in range of his band.

Please give some honest feedback if you'd like, I don't have any reference art but when he summons his band members they are the souls of their past self still playing their famous tunes.
I tried to tie their lore to Jezebel's as that's the only bar in lore that I am aware of!
