There aren't any items that change your parry or give it additional properties, but there should be!
(Weapon Tier 1) Combat Reload
+15% Ammo
Start reloading when you begin a parry, for the duration of the parry your reload is 50% faster.
(Vitality Tier 2) Hunker Down
+150 Bullet Shield Health
+150 Spirit Shield Health
While parrying gain 30% bullet and spirit resist. After completing the parry, restore all of your shields by 100% of the damage taken during the parry, this effect can be reduced by anti-heal effects. Parrying a melee attack instantly restores 50% of your shields plus however much damage the attack did. (These damage taken effects could pull from the damage taken pre-mitigation, so as to reduce anti-synergy with resist effects.)
(Spirit Tier 3) Arcane Barrier
Your parry now has a 60 second cooldown. While parrying suppress negative status effects and become immune to stun, silence, sleep, root, disarm, and tether.
