Reactive Reload [working title]
Tier 3 Vitality Item
Base stats:
While reloading, pressing [R] during the highlighted portion will instantly finish your reload and grant you Fire Rate, Bullet Lifesteal and Move Speed.
Gain Bullet and Spirit Resist and Slow Resist during the highlighted portion of your reload.
[Not sure about exact numbers]
The highlighted portion is much wider, covering almost the entire reload circle, meaning you can either reload nearly instantly, or wait longer and gain a defensive bonus that lasts for most of the reload instead.
The defensive stats granted during the reload can really be anything you like. It could be a barrier, debuff resist, move speed, regeneration. It could even be invisibility. It should be strong enough to warrant its use over simply returning fire, but the offensive buff should also be worth taking advantage of. Ideal usage would be to reload strategically to resist incoming damage or escape pursuit, then claiming the offensive buff at the last moment and turning the momentum around. The item could also be tier 4 if the bonuses were deemed powerful enough. I'd like the offensive part to perhaps have a bit broader appeal than the base item, meaning not just bullet damage focused characters - perhaps something from our spirit enjoyers too?
