Scraps of history:
Deep in the dark and boundless taiga lies a secret that no one must know, but Shadewood. It is rumored to contain either a beast or a fierce dark force, but whatever it is, it has the power to destroy the world. A hard fate has fallen on the keeper of this secret, for some curious adventurers have found out what's in there. And Shadewood, despite his moral principles of “don't kill the innocent” and “mind your own business”, must stop them before they spread the secret to the world.
Character appearance (something like this):

Some kind of either an old homemade wooden pistol or revolver. Basically the weapon should be heavy and slow, but strong.

Bullet Velocity: Low-Medium

Abilities:
1. Hedge [Cooldown 38s | Duration: 12s]:
Place a mystical hedge in front of you that you can only see through from one side. Allies who pass through the hedge will gain additional Movement Speed and Spirit Power, while enemies who pass through it will lose Spirit Power and Movement Speed. Counts as a Cosmic Veil. (means: works with Veil Walker)
Additional Spirit Power: +10 | Additional M/S: +2.5 | Buffs Duration: 6s |
Spirit Power lost by the enemy: 15 | M/S lost by the enemy: -25% | Debuffs Duration: 6s
T1: -14s Cooldown
T2: +10 Buff Spirit Power and +15 Debuff Spirit Power
T3: Enemies who pass through the hedge get the Paranoia effect for 3s
2. Dazzling Lamp [Cooldown 20s]:
Open the lamp to blind enemies looking at it as it opens and deal Spirit Damage to them. (NPC's during blinding will simply not attack.)
Blind Duration: 1.2s | Damage: 90
T1: +0.7s Blind Duration
T2: +110 Damage
T3: -9s Cooldown
3. Paranoia [Passive and Active | Cooldown: 40s]:

Paranoia effect: You start to see worse in the distance, sounds become muffled, and your HUD elements start to distort (map, health bar, etc.)
Passive: Works across the entire map. If the enemy is far away from his ally for a long time, he starts to lose his mind and gets paranoia. (sorry, I will not write the values, everything is very conditional and relative. Just for example: you are on one corner of the map, and your ally is on the other. If within ~60 seconds you have not approached any of your closest allies at a distance of ~20 meters at least for a second, you get the effect of paranoia. This means that those who like to run alone better be more vigilant).
Active: Immediately applies an enhanced paranoia effect to the targeted victim.
Cast Range: 25m | Duration: 3.75s | Visible Area: ~25m
T1: Reduced time to activate passive paranoia
T2: Visible Area decreased by ~10m
T3: Victims of paranoia take 20% more damage
4. [ULTIMATE] A Fragment of My World [Cooldown: 170s]:
A forest is created in a large area around you. You can't look inside from the outside, but inside, visibility is poor and dim, but enemies can see even worse. Enemies inside take significant Spirit Damage at max health per second, but cannot die from this damage. The damage is temporary, and eventually all of the damage from the ultimate will turn into health regeneration for the enemy after a while.
Radius: 50-100m maybe? | Max Health Spirit Damage Per Sec: 7% | Recovery time: 6s
T1: -30s Cooldown
T2: +3% Max Health Spirit Damage Per Sec
