This hero excels at chasing a target and wrapping them in a slowing webbing and draining the life from them. They also spin webs to create ambush zones. Well-being elusive using unique movement tech to transverse the environment.
Ability idea: Sticky web:
Throws a ball of web that applies on a surface. When you are on this surface, you receive a buff granting health regen, speed, and stamina recovery. When enemies stand on this surface, they are slowed. The web can be removed by being shot or after a lifetime. There is a limited number of webs, and they will be recycled if more are spawned in.
Webs can be shot on a horizontal surface to allow you to climb it.
Example base stats:
+10% move speed (spirit scales 0.05)
+2 health regen (spirit scales 0.1)
+10% stamina recovery
2 charges
200 hp webs
25s lifetime
20s cooldown
2s between
4 max webs
Enemies receive -15% move speed, well on the web surface

The player should be able to chain webs together to chase targets and escape. Creating a clear safe zone for the Webber and danger zone for the enemies to deal with and avoid, taking space. Creating ambush zones and providing a new way to move through the cursed apple. Wish I could mod this in and try it in a real game.

Ability idea: Webbing:
Hit an opponent to apply a stack of webbing. The stack lasts a limited time and can be removed by being shot. The first stack applies -15% fire rate. The second stack allows Consume to be used and -5% move speed. The third stack applies -5% move speed on top. The fourth stack applies a rooting. The rooted player can break free faster by wiggling or shooting.

10 DPS for cocoon per stack
10 damage per hit
2 charges
100 hp for stack
1.75s stack lifetime
15s cooldown

Comments:
The wiggling is meant to prevent players from aiming well rooted and focus on getting free. I've tested this in my own games and it can be stressful.
Ability idea: cloaking:
If you are attached to a web after a few seconds, you will become invisible unless damaged. Gain ambush damage on the first shot.

2.5s transition time
Example AP:
1: +50 ambush damage
2: -1.5s transition time
3: +10% spirit damage applied on ambush damage
Ultimate Ability idea: Consume:
Grab a victim that is entangled in webbing and wrap them in a tougher cocoon of webbing. Immobilizing them and allowing you to inject poison to disintegrate them. The cocoon can be broken by the enemy team, but the victim is invulnerable to your team. During this time, the victim is consumed by an injection of poison and their health is drained and given to you. The victim can still shoot to escape.
The DPS applied also is based on how entangled they are in webbing. More charges can be applied during Consume.

10 DPS for cocoon per stack of webbing

1: +15% fire rate slow when shooting the cocoon

This is supposed to combo with the webbing. As you need enough of an entanglement to activate webbing. So you have to chase down the enemy webbing them until you can grab them.
