I got a permament ban for toxic i guess, please unban

After the last match, in which I was afk at the end of the match I got a permament ban, I had a discussion about the match, that I was tired and that I was tired of attacking alone and that the match was over for me, and I said if they want they can report me, I don't care, the next day I wanted to play and couldn't because of the ban, I very rarely speak generally just sometimes i'm afk because of team, before that I got a warning once for responding with a curse to someone else's curseand had a week of not being able to talk, now I got no warning and was banned permanently for reports, I like this game very much and have spent 400 hours in it. Ban for being afk? I don't know where to add a post so I'm putting it here, please unban me, this is my favorite game.

If its automatic permanent ban for afk doesnt make much sense imo
Only if it was manually decided by developers and only if he found very solid reason to do so

That not good reason and I need only 1 time to force afk because of my kitchen all wardrobe come and starting fall on us nearly crushed my familly thats only 1 time I got force AFK need to push wardrobe to wall to block not crush us inside of all glasses plates with lots of broken things. (odd thing we won that match even I force to AFK to save my whole family from falling wardrobe)
This isn't kidding it really happend. And I glad not get banned.
