I am banned for 5 days for a reason out of my control. PLEASE FIX THIS

After I finish a game and queue for a new one, I rejoin the previous match which has already ended. When I try to rejoin, it takes me back to the same match. This issue has been affecting many players for weeks now and still no response or fix has been provided—it’s very frustrating. We want to play and support this game, but this situation is discouraging.

Please unban me and find a solution for a bug that is crushing our motivation to play

Some of the system ergonomics are ridiculous, I am not even willing to use the chat system anymore because the report system false-positive flags basically anything. Getting banned for 15 minutes to 6 hours because of a system level error that caused the game server to crash, and I am punished for this? It's stupid, it looks bad.

The system is bad. I am not sure why this is even a problem, Dota 2 and League of Legends both have very forgiving and successful penalty systems, so why are we flopping around making up a new one on the fly for this game?

I am not willing to get muted, for several days, for good co-ordination with my team. It's frankly ridiculous and I am just not going to participate in voice or text chat if this is how it's going to be.
