My game crashed with steam complaining about file integrity and after reinstalling, I came back to a 3 hour ban, which ended my night of gaming on deadlock. I've been playing for a few weeks and never had this issue and my first ever offense I got banned. That seems ridiculous enough on its own, but then I realized I can't even play bot matches. I am banned from literally every single game mode, I cannot even play a solo bot match by myself. This is absolutely ridiculous. I support punishing people who quit on a team, but even then there is no forfeit system. However, banning accounts due to crashes for multiple hours and then also banning those accounts from literally every single game mode is too far. Please fix this.
