Hey everyone, I really need some help with this.
I’ve been getting random disconnections lately (from myself and other players), but this time something really weird happened. I got stuck in the starting phase where both teams stand facing each other, waiting for the match to start — but one enemy player never joined. The game never started.
After a while, I got the “You can leave but it’ll count as a loss” message on the top right. I waited, thinking the match would cancel and send me back to the lobby. When I finally got back to the lobby, I couldn’t start matchmaking again — it said “Reconnect / Rejoin”.
I rejoined a few times trying to clear the bug, waited each time for the message to say I could leave safely, but nothing changed. The game kept looping me back into the same broken lobby. Then I restarted the game — and suddenly I had a 7-day ban and low priority matchmaking.
It looks like the system counted each “rejoin” as if I left a match, even though the game never actually started.
This is honestly my favorite game, and it sucks to be banned for a week over something completely out of my control. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this or can help get this reviewed, I’d really appreciate it.
