After looking over all the heroes, I think I can say, I think this guy is the best designed hero in the game.
I also think I can plot the development trail from the original abilities to what they went with. The 3 is a combination of the 1 and part of the 3, and the 1 is a combination of a feature of the 3 and a 1.
I also think this new brand of hero shows that they want heroes that are really out there design wise, with crazy moves like his ult. Past heroes will probably be reworked to be flashier and crazier.
Though I hope they still have a soft spot for simplistic characters. I'm thinking like my Johnny Mendoza character who has such simple pieces but they fit together so well.
