I don't know how gunslinger ult works but I imagine Cassidy ult could transfer pretty easily? In the endgame does like 400 potential damage as a debuff per second that builds up while you're in his field of view, if you leave his field of view potential damage is reverted to 0 for you. When activated everyone takes damage equal to their potential damage Debuffs.

How it works now is auto aimed 4 shots(six with 5 ap) that deal 220% bonus spirit damage. Deals insane amouts of damage, because heroe`s base damage is pretty high. You have a delay until you start firing, so enemy can hide behing cover and you will miss all the shots.
Edit: it also adds damage from his passive which is 150x0.8spirit per shot.
