I was also given a 3-day mute, after the mute I managed to play 2 games where my teammates and I didn’t argue, everything was fine, after the 2nd game I got a 7-day ban.People are abusing the automated report system to get anyone banned. The issue is that if you unintentionally tilt too many people (simply by playing infamous heroes or killing someone repeatedly) you will get banned.
I got a 2 day comm ban after just telling someone they could get banned for pause abuse because they got ganked and decided to pause the game and flame my tema. If it's on me, I'll own up to it, but I just took the time to review my last five ranked matches up until I got comm banned.

You get reported for Abusive text and/ or voice. If I don't say anything or type anything in chat (which is recorded in the match log) then that is a false report, and you might get the ban for inaccurate reporting. You need to look at the flag by your username in Deadlock to see what gets your account flagged/ restricted or banned. Sorry dude, nice try on the trolling though.
How do you explain the fact that 4+ people have already provided evidence that after 1 mute for 3 days, after 1-2 games where they were silent and did not write anything, they received a mute for 7 days? Literally in 2 games. You say so until it affects you, then you will also say here that it works incorrectly. Do not claim until it affects you.
In other chats they also write about this problem, you can't make a system where 3 reports = automatic blocking for 3/7 days, this is an inadequate system. Where people from the opposite team can collude and block you for 3 reports.

I am not rude to my teammates. If it was the bug that Valve brought up, it was addressed and fixed. I will address your other post in this response here as well, I have not seen other post in regards of false reporting ban because the ones I have seen are for comms, and not false reporting. If your account gets flagged for making false (keyword) report, then your account loses the ability to report accounts in general for a while. If you keep doing false reports, your account gets banned. Look at the flag by your profile name and it will tell you that under the flag icon.That's a lie. Intentional game crashes have been done on other valve games (cs2) to change the tide of the game, if done on purpose it is cheating. We still won the game though.
