you are the reason why they ban people making false reports. If i ever see you in game i'm instantly reporting you and praying you get banned you garbage human being.

Go ahead, but it won't stop me from using reports on things that are in my opinion toxic to the game, like starting a witch hunt in all chat against a member of my team
I don't think report systems should have this much power in any way, shape or form. People will report for all kind of dumb reasons. People will report you if you don't buy the exact items they want you to, stuff like that. In League of Legends, I know for sure that a LOT of people report as a form of coping. And maybe that isn't even such a bad thing, why not just give people a way to cope like this. The report system should be smart enough to detect if a report is legitimate. I think in League of Legends, after many years, their report and punish system is now quite accurate. Also because of the implementation of less severe punishments. Like temporary chat bans.
Just got muted again for 5 days and now I cant rank again lol. I dont think I will communicate again if that's the way this game goes, and probably I'll even drop it coz why the hell would I play a team based game without being able to communicate and if i'm able to I gotta be scared to get muted just coz ppl feel like it. I've read on discord that u guys manual check the reports. Could u at least say why am I being muted than? That's useful to improve behaviour as well...

i unbind chat, chatwheel and talk button. I said ggez and got 4 days because the losers rage-reported me. (humans dont review reports they dont seem to care about report abuse)

i never see any dev respond to anything regarding false reports so we need to wait for streamers to get banned before it gets changed.
I guess thats the situation sadly... its crazy coz the last thing yoshi said on discord is they manually check them... why lie lol

This may have been the case in August. This is no longer true. The game spiked in player count and they can't keep up. This is clearly automated now.
Why would you report someone for this? its not even a reportable offence?

The game is currently in alpha, meaning the focus is on developing and testing systems, so nothing is set in stone yet. I've worked enough projects myself to know that player numbers at this stage generally wouldn't be the priority right now.
It will improve over time, and feedback is essential, so everyone should keep sharing their thoughts if they feel the report system was misused.
That said, given the early stage of development, addressing issues like the report system may not be their top priority amid other competing demands.
