Bug Report: Sinclair Can Swap with Clone While Silenced

Description:
Sinclair is able to activate his second ability a second time to swap places with his clone even while under a silence effect (e.g. Curse). This likely bypasses intended silence mechanics.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use Sinclair’s second ability to create a clone.
2. Get affected by silence (e.g. from a Curse).
3. While silenced, attempt to use the ability again to swap places with the clone.
4. The swap still happens, despite the silence.

Expected Result:
While silenced, Sinclair should not be able to use any abilities, including the swap function of his second ability.


Actual Result:
Sinclair successfully swaps with the clone even while silenced.


Additional Notes:

• Observed in match: 35305102 at 33:44.
• Also reproducible in training mode.
• Not related to a specific item, appears to be a general issue with silence mechanics.

If it's intended, it's inconsistent—Pocket can't use his cloak under silence in a similar situation. Sinclair's interaction seems like an oversight.

Also, there's no mention in Sinclair's ability description that he can swap while silenced.
