Was matched in blue with people apparently much better then me and my partner because we lost the walker even before the midboss spawned. I've had many matches like this that I just don't post because it's just normal. I want to like this game, because when I have a good match, it's really fun. Even so, after so much time, most matches I play are simply not fun. Like none of us really even had a chance to play the fucking game because we would just get one shotted if someone found us farming.

When matches have a good balance of people, the game is amazing. But when teams are as fucking unbalanced as this match was, it's absolutely awful.

I understand this game is in development but holy hell please do better with the matchmaking, it fucking sucks.

Same thing again with this match. It feels like the more I play, the worse matchmaking gets. Maybe y'all should hire someone that actually knows how to work with statistics and fully understands what Elo is because from my entirely unprofessional perspective, no one at Valve does.

Upon loading into a match, the game stated that it would not impose a leaver penalty but would still count as a loss. Other oddities include it being a full rank division below my normal rank.

One of duos are Oracle / Braindead Alchemist. And our trio gets another trio of vegetables. Other duo of opposite team is Oracle / Archon AND THEY GET TO PLAY AGAINST THESE LESSER BEINGS and of course they destroy them and and simply snowball with carry.

hahahahh bro the devs are so wildly incompetent its hilarious. Its a rigged system cause they are all too dumb to do anything correctly. If you win too much, they stack the teams to force losses, its so obvious its comical. Everywhere i go to look into it, besides the heavily astro turfed reddit garbage, everyone thinks the devs of this game are absolutely brain dead lmfaooooo. Its been like this for a solid year, they arent capable, all DEI hires


Every time im about to break into Archon, it stacks the teams so wildly on both sides, my team all braindead feeders or brand new players, and the other team all high Archon lmfaoooo, then it does this.


Just forced.

All these coping players that think they have any impact on the outcome of most of these games is just a brainwashed fanboy lmfaooo, literally the most pathetic dev cycle i have ever seen.

Right before this forced losing streak i was winning 3-4 games in a row as Dynamo, then a forced loss, then win 3-4, then a forced loss, lfmaooooo once you get too many wins the devs diapers get full and their brain dead match maker code does this lmfaoooo.

As a new Obscurus player, I've been matched with people who are way better at the game than me and relatively new players at the same time on both teams. I don't think matchmaking is working as intended, however, they get data and analytics from matches so they can improve matchmaking.

I hope matchmaking improves, though!

As someone not in obsurss, or new, it's easy to tell when players are above or below your skill rating. Or whether they're cheating, by visibly locking on. Outputting more damage than possible early game, etc.

Player rating usually isn't the issue but can be when it comes to smurfing.

Watch this match here, specifically watch the shiv compared to everyone else. You'll notice quite alot about their behaviors compared to every other player in seeker/ alchemist skill rating.

Smurfing, is still cheating in case you think it isn't so while they don't have lock on, It's a MUCH higher rated player that's likely phantom or higher on their main account, on an alt account targeting lower elo lobbies.
