Bad Matchmaking Thread

Until you realize that they viciously assigned certain accounts more loss streaks to create an addictive atmosphere based on psychology to squeeze you dry of money. That kind of predatory behavior is prevalent with Valve games nowadays. That's what they're testing on certain accounts. That's why I have a problem with this game. And I'll do whatever I can to discourage any incoming players from playing this game. So far, at least 10 people have asked what Deadlock is, and I tell them that it's not going to be a good game to get into.

Nothing ever gets done by the dev team, being polite does nothing because they just take our good will and stomp it on the ground. No more catering to these fucks. These peeps do not deserve to have families at all because if they did, their children would probably turn out to be horrible human beings.

You need psychological counselling if you're getting so frustated over matchmaking imperfections in an unreleased game that's barely a year old that you hope people do not have families and start to theorize that the matchmaking is purposefully made to be addictive and "squeeze us dry" (the game is free?...)

2 feeders on my team and an arguably busted haze on the enemy team. It would literally take our entire team to kill Haze, and by that time, you could sneeze on us and take out half of us. Haze played like a pro, idk how they were put into an Arcanist II team. This matchmaking needs to be studied.

Matched with a Haze that went 2 and 14 against a Calico that clearly was playing below their skill rating, and had the most stationary healthbar I've ever seen. Calico is straight up busted right now, nevermind in the hands of someone who knows how to play them well.

nah, tonight's matchmaking has been straight cheeks. y'all need to tighten up the rank spread when forming teams, and/or address smurfing. the game is not fun to play when matchmaking is this bad.

I think I speak for everyone when I say idc if the Q time is 5x longer to find a quality match better to wait a few minutes in Q then suffer through a completely imbalanced game for 45 minutes. You need to address this ASAP. 424 pages on this thread countless discussions on steam and discord all about the piss poor matchmaking and yet you refuse to acknowledge it at all. Stack cancer ruins the experience for everyone but the eternally online discord sweats. Your team desperately needs a community manager or something to actually speak about whats going on behind the scenes. This radio silence shit is not it.

I recommend looking into it. The new update for the rank has not done any wonders so far. My team are throwing (give a benefit of a doubt if they are new players) but I was a playtester from last year so far the quality of the playerbase has been downhill.
