last 2 games i won were because someone in enemy team afk. last infernus game was incredibly one sided in my lane and our shiv afk'd.

this is not good matchmaking. i do not feel like i matter in any game

started playing on my other steam account for solos only, actually started playing on it around the time of MM update. there is a broader issue going on with my account because I've catapulted to mid-Phantom rank after winning 90%+ of my first games. the pre-placement wins don't concern me, but I am still playing against clearly new players while being almost ascendant rank. doesnt feel satisfying to stomp new players and further inflate the rank.

Until you realize that they viciously assigned certain accounts more loss streaks to create an addictive atmosphere based on psychology to squeeze you dry of money. That kind of predatory behavior is prevalent with Valve games nowadays. That's what they're testing on certain accounts. That's why I have a problem with this game. And I'll do whatever I can to discourage any incoming players from playing this game. So far, at least 10 people have asked what Deadlock is, and I tell them that it's not going to be a good game to get into.

Squeezing me dry of money in a game with nothing to buy yet you gotta get help bro. You're going to regret giving this vibe off later in life. Quit being such a massive jerk.

I got pretty good matches for about one or two days after the rank bump but now I'm getting constantly matched with people who go 0-10 while the enemy team has one or two hypercarry heroes who disappear into the jungle for 20 minutes and become a nuclear warhead. Not to mention times I get matched with Eternus or Ascendant players and am the one going 0-10. I got bumped to Oracle 3 and now I'm all the way back to Archon 6. If I keep getting matched like this I'll probably go all the way down to Ritualist, which was the rank I was before the bump lmao

Case in point, Bebop (1-11) v. Infernus (15-3). There's no way both of these players belong on a similar rank at all.

Some of the worst matchmaking yet. 2 Teammates 0/11, Haze 1/9... The two 0/11's said it was their first game back in roughly a year. For reference, I have played about 30 games just in the past week... My team was totally clueless the entire game and just took every fight, ignoring objectives. Abrams had a whopping 7k damage. Yea I think I'll play something else for now, I guess.
