Why is mm dogshit with nearly to over 100k people online?

People are being pushed very quickly (after change still happening) then they will perform not the best but they have a chance to play with people dealing with the same thing so the ranks get odd and feel inconsistent (I am assuming this).

I've encountered the following flow four times in a row.
I get a team that communicates and makes normal moves > I win and get a promotion, next game = people don't say a word, 0/10 after the laning phase > demotion back.
I'm starting to think that Deadlock is planning to drive me crazy.

63918702, I am the Victor, the enemy has a 4-stack while we are solo players, the Abrams has been several ranks higher than me and absolutely stomped us, but in general a 4-stack should not go up against all solo players and there should not be this much of a skill discrepancy.

Why do some games feel like Im playing with actual bots?
Heres the most recent example: 63935943
Something that has been driving me crazy lately, mostly since the new patch came I didnt have this issue before. I will get 2 or 3 games that feel normal, everybody talks, everybody communicates, good game. And then randomly every 3rd or 4th game will be a game that feels like Im playing with literal bots. Nobody says a word, not even when spoken to, I talk to them on voice > no response. I talk to them over text > no response. They dont even do quick commands, nothing. And the players themselves will play beyond awful, very poor movement, very poor awareness, just in general an awful unfun game.
I feel like Im going crazy, like Deadlock is actually experimenting with using AI bots in their games. I need answers, because Im kinda tired of dicerolling wether or not I will get a game with actual alive players

EBMM google it, that is what happened in Apex Legends and allegedly is happening in most / all games because it generates more hate, drive to recoup the loss aka active player figures go up + generate more money overall for the company.
Sad story and thus every BR/FPS game that involves 2+ players is night and day experience when you have a set team/party or soloq (hell).
They are not bots because same experience (more like every 2nd game is shit) AND when I use mic to call things out 9 out of 10 times first response is "stfu / stop talking / who made you the boss" (me calling out what we could do / what I will do) followed up by wave of trashtalking (I guess people are triggered these days by voice unless it is trashtalking noone seems to care really).
AND most importantly after every such game! I mean EVERY! I get temp banned in voice and/or put in low priority queue = most of my team reports me. I have been able to use my mic for like 4 days out of past 3 weeks, 2 days ago got banned for 17 days!
But that and hacking and matchmaking just clearly showed that Deadlock is not my game -> no more Deadlock for me

Again. Is this a known issue, has valve ever said anything about this? This cannot be considered normal right? I feel like we are all just screaming into the void here lol. 63946026
