While I agree that matchmaking can be improved, I don't think that acting with hostility is a good way to provide feedback. A good way to provide feedback is being kind and polite, not blaming your teammates and/or insulting the devs, let alone Valve itself.
A week ago, on 10 October 2025, I, an Obscurus player, was paired with two Arcanist VI players, several Initiate Is, and a bunch of fellow Obscurus players. Predictably, a lot of players disconnected (myself included), the match lasted less than 30 minutes, and we lost. The game considered both teams Seeker III for some reason. You can see for yourself how inconsistent matchmaking is right now:

This is coming from someone who plays TF2. As a level 29 player in casual, I've been paired with low and high level players, and I don't mind winning and losing anyway, so.
