Two matches with huge skill difference between two teams, and once again, the exact same issue I raised is still there, where I got matched with someone that I lost the game with in the next game again.

Devs, holiday season doesn't mean it is an excuse to slack off. I have raised this issue for WEEKS, and I have yet to see any fixes on this at all. My games over the past week haven't been enjoyable at all. Seriously. My win rate absolutely tanked after me doing my best to try to bring it up, because of all this matchmaking issues. It seems that only the higher MMR players have better experiences in their matchmaking, whereas the rest of us were left to burn.

I really hope to enjoy this game but it seems that the devs really don't want me to.

As we know we have a win/lose based sbmm matchmaking, which means only if you win you going to get ranked up. But as I understand its not guaranteed at all. Here we can see 3 winned games in a row, which means matchmaker should probably sent me to higher, if not at least equal lobbies, but lets take a closer look at this.

First game: green hand 3, won. You should probably be sent to higher ranked lobbies,

Which is happened, as we see I was sent to a green hand 5 lobbies. And as you already have guessed we should be sent to a more higher ranked lobbies, or at least stay on same rank, am I right?

Oops, Alchemist 5 And what you think those players felt when playing this? Do you think they thought about it as about a fair sbmm system? I dont think so, especially knowing the fact I play way better then my average rank, but for some reason I am being sent to a even lower skilled people, and unsurprisingly stomping them.

I am Emissary VI and my duo queue Seven is Phantom II at highest. We were put into a Phantom V vs Ascendant II lobby. As much as I find this game fun, these kinds of lobbies where I am in fact getting yelled at by my team because I am feeding an Ascendant II Kelvin and Infernus
are NOT fun to play whatsoever.

this game was really fun when it was smaller (been playing since June, around 500 hours) and now every single game i have people in vc blatantly saying slurs and throwing as soon as you comm *anything*. for context i'm in "nice player" lobbies. this game has a ton of potential but the community is sincerely bad and unenjoyable to interact with. the game is no longer fun.

Every other lane fed all. Possibly the most unbalanced match i've ever seen. 2 players with 0 kill participation, and 4 players with 2 or below kill participation. I don't know how I can solo queue at phantom 5 and still get games at this low quality.

Ive been generally lucky with matchmaking but this was something else. Multiple players seemed to be brand new, or at least very low rank. The match average was a lot below my rank.
