Wraith TP can be a pain it doesn't target crosshair location, it seems to have a hitbox the size of the tp visual guide, when I play wraith I find this happens so frequently, you get caught out by one pixel of objects in the map, the most reliable way is to just tp up high and out to try and avoid this stuff.
