Wraith Ult doesn't appear to throw someone much further than 19m no matter how much ability range you have. I tested using the Abrams in the lobby:
-19m max throw distance (max rank ult, no items) threw the abrams from one post to the other.
-28m max throw distance (48% ability range) appears to throw abrams only one body width further than the post
-19m max throw distance (max rank ult, no items) threw the abrams from one post to the other.
