Stalker's Mark duration bar does not adjust for debuff resist

The ability duration bar on Stalker's Mark seems to only show Drifter's ability duration and not the actual length of the debuff that's been applied, if the enemy buys debuff resist the ability will end much earlier than the visuals indicate.

Also while reproducing this in the sandbox, I noticed that the teleport will also fail if the duration expires during the channel while he's whistling.
