Went through the floor from lash ult throwing me on guardian and follow up slam

Lash ulted me and threw me on top of a guardian, and then slammed me through the guardian into the tunnels underground! I was warden and was stuck in the subway system lol with no way to get out since I can't fit through the tiny holes. Here is the match ID: 52682315 it happens in round 1 around 45-50 seconds in. It was pretty funny
