lash ult yanking into walls and unstick not working at all

I got lash ulted while standing by a sideline guardian shop and got yanked into the ceiling and through it into the walls. I was standing on ground still but I couldn't get out of the walls and the unstick button wouldn't do anything. Eventually got an enemy Silver to kick me through the wall to kill me.
