Used Yamato's grapple ability, went through the map and ended up in the tunnels under Blue Walker.

Okay, so during the game I used my grapple on a Haze that was running into the downward tunnels near blue guardian, when I was sent under the map and was trapped there for most of the game. In attachment is the clip of this taken from the replay.
