View Profile button does not work while the game is paused

When I'm in a game (in this case, matchmaking), I'm not able to open my profile from the pause menu.

Steps to reproduce
- Join a game
- Wait until you can open the menu
- Press Escape to open the pause menu
- Click on your profile picture
- Click View Profile

Expected behavior:
The match history shows

Actual behavior:
Nothing happens

This also occurs if you're just spectating a game. You don't have to be playing in it.
