Single left-click inputs sometimes fail to register when clicking very quickly, even when the weapon is fully ready to fire. This occurs without any animation locks, cooldown conflicts, or ability usage.
The issue appears related to very short click durations rather than click frequency. A single rapid tap can be ignored by the game.

Videos showing the bug, slower clicks work, faster ones don't. I am willing to show different settings and instances as well.
The issue appears related to very short click durations rather than click frequency. A single rapid tap can be ignored by the game.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Load into a match or practice range
- Stand still (no movement or abilities used)
- Ensure weapon is ready to fire
- Perform a very quick single click (very short press duration)
- Repeat multiple times
Expected Result:
- Every valid mouse click (mouse down event) should trigger a shot when the weapon is ready
Actual Result:
- Some clicks do not register at all
- No shot is fired despite valid input
Frequency:
- Occurs often, but consistently reproducible with very fast/short clicks, consistently throws off my shooting of souls after killing a creep.
Additional Testing / Notes:
- Mouse input works correctly outside the game
- Issue occurs while standing still on all characters (not tied to characters, movement or abilities)
- Changing polling rate (tested from 125 Hz up to 8000 Hz) does not resolve the issue
- Adjusting FPS or frame caps does not resolve the issue
- Increasing click duration slightly (holding click ~70–120 ms longer) makes input register consistently
System Info:
- Mouse: WL Beast X Max
- Polling Rate: Tested 125 Hz – 8000 Hz
- CPU: Intel i7-8700K
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti
- FPS: ~120 FPS
- OS: Windows 11
