Cannot upgrade abilities with Alt + Shift, Alt + Ctrl and Alt + Q when HUD detail view is not bound to Alt

The hero I used throughout my testing is Mina.

Conflicting Windows second language keyboard shortcuts are off:



I'm using these keybinds:



To reproduce the issue, HUD detail view should be set to its default (Tab).

If I press Alt + Shift, Mina uses Sanguine Retreat while Extra Info is open. The same happens with Q and Nox Nostra. If I press Alt + Ctrl nothing happens at all.

If I bind HUD detail view to Alt as well, I get the ability upgrade behavior I'm looking for while holding Alt, but I'm unable to aim because of the cursor for the duration of my ability upgrade.

So it would be great if I could upgrade my abilities with the Alt modifier without binding HUD detail view to Alt.

Some more issues:

I tried binding Ability 2 to Caps, but I am unable to bind Alt + Caps to Upgrade Ability 2. If I leave it at Alt + Shift with dash bound to Shift, when I press Alt + Shift, my character only dashes.
