I feel like a late game upgrade to life strike where the more you do melees the more you heal would be good, perhaps as an active item to round out the trifecta of infuser and vampiric burst, one does bullet, one does spirit and this one would do melee
You could activate it and then as you hit people it resets the cooldown and increase the amount you heal, being immediately cancelled on a parry and running out after a short while
Honestly thinking about it it would kinda be like Billy's blasted, only instead of increasing max health it would just heal, so it could probably synergise well with billy, though then it might become a required item on billy?
Overall i just wanna see more item upgrades
