Would be nice to have an item that could prevent a targeted ability. It doesn't have to be a passive like Linken's Sphere but maybe it could be a active item? For example, you might think Celeste is going to ult you and if she does you could hit your item key, her ult hits but is then dispelled preventing the damage and the bounce. However if she's aware you have the item she could bait you into using it and then maybe it's effects are active for 2 seconds then it goes on a decent cooldown allowing her to land her ult.
