Scourge, torment pulse, and cold front sort of do this but it's only damage. Was thinking of an item that multiplies its affect by how many people are around you when you cast it like hp steal per hero (spirit version of siphon?), bullet resistance % x hero, attack speed per hero, anything . Would help initiators make space. Hunters aura sort of does this but it's passive and it's more powerful if the enemy is alone, but even that got reduced from what it peaked at.
I just really like the idea of more active items that reward good play instead of stat focused items.
