I (billy) got stuck with only the first ap upgrade on my 1 the entire game. for a time, my 1 behaved as though it was at ap upgrade 2, but displayed that it was not upgraded to that level yet and i was unable to spend any ap upgrading it. eventually the level 2 upgrade went away leaving me at 1, but at that point i had entirely stopped receiving ap and was left unable to upgrade it at all. this was not a visual bug as leaving and rejoining the match did not solve it
