If you get a skill by clicking it and then upgrade it immediately after then instantly return said upgrade in a small enough time frame (like via an accidental double click) the skill point is refunded from the ability but it still shows that the ability is upgraded. Afterwards if you click the ability again and then refund, the ability point icon remains on that level even though you dont have that level on that skill, this visual bug will not go away at all untill you have left the match and it can be deceiving as it had me fooled for a solid 15 minutes that I had my 3rd skill leveled up at 1 and it got stuck when all I had to do the entire time was to just click all of the level up icons again individually. This happened to me during a normal game but I replicated what happened in sandbox as I didnt get the time to record it in the middle of the game. No clue what causes this but I hope it gets fixed soon so people dont accidentally think they have an upgraded ability when in reality its still at base level!
