Unique Hero ability concept - "Weak Spot", ability for accurate shots

I have an idea of a single ability (not a full hero concept), but i think this ability is pretty fun.

Passive: Enemy Heroes in 50 meters around you get a weak spot on their hitbox/model in a random different place (head/leg/arm etc). If you hit that spot, you deal an additional Spirit Damage. 3 seconds after weak spot has been hit, a new weak spot in a different place on the same Hero would be found (generated).

Active: Find (generate) a new weak spot on enemy Heroes. Cooldown: 5 seconds

So, you would be able to deal an extra damage with your accurate shots against enemy heroes every 3 seconds, and you could use your Active in 2 different ways: 1) If you can't hit some spot, you could change it with an active 2) Use it do double your damage in a short period of time if you are accurate enough to hit both spots quickly.

T1 - hitting a weak spot Slows a target for 1 second
T2 - new spots generate every 2 seconds, -2 sec cooldown on active
T3 - improved scaling, after hitting a weak spot on the same Hero for 5 times withing X seconds, Hero will be Cursed for 1.5 second

Overall, this ability would be great maybe on some Marksman Hero or Witch Hero (cursed upgrade and also finding a weak spot). Maybe some Witch with a Marksman rifle. Slow attack speed, small magazine, but a strong damage per shot.

Hm… I just thought that this Hero could have some other abilities, which will also help generate weak spots.
For example, some nuke ability, which will generate new Weak Spots on a damaged Hero, and this way, single enemy hero could have a 2-3 Weak Spots in the same time
