[Hero Concept] Magnus- Magnetic, stance switching hero

Hi!
Given that now we have Graves with her Ult being quite similar to a "stance switch", in the sense that she has different skills when in the wolf form, I would like to suggest a new hero, similar to FLUX from Heroes of Newerth that I played many many years ago.

It is quite a simple idea of a magnet themed Caracter that can actively change its polarity to pull/push enemies with its abilities.
Given that this is already a nice gimmick, the other abilities can be more normal:

Weapon:
M1: Probably any normal weapon with sciency theme.
M2: A shot that can be charged for extra damage and pull/push enemies

Ability 1:
Simple granade/bomb style that pull/pushes enemies (pull would look similar to vortex web)

Ability 2:
Could be a movement based ability where you pull/push yourself to/from a specific point or unit

Ability 3:
Change polarity between pull/push modes. Upgrades could increase the overall potency of these pull/push efects and of the M2 shot. Could also add a brief stun in case enemy hits a wall (similar to T3 doorman cart)

Ability 4:
Global (or very big), low damage, push/pull all of the enemies towards/from you

It could also get more complex, with maybe a way of assigning specific North and South polarity for specific heroes, with the pull/push happening based on the relative polarity, etc...

What do you guys think?

Alternate names: Faraday, Maxwell, Gauss, Ampere, Lenz...

Blud confused silver with graves 💀 🥀

Jokes aside, pretty decent for a first concept, just a little lacking in details. Wouldn't be too offended if something like this got added to the game 6 months from now, with some reservations

Vortex web is a 6400 soul item. Having an effect similar to it on a basic grenade would be too much for a single ability. It would need some sort of delay before displacing, long enough for someone to dash out of it consistently if they aren't underneath some other form of CC.

Global (or very big), low damage, push/pull all of the enemies towards/from you
Definitely not a global. Instant displacement effects are too strong of an effect to have a global radius.

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. Indeed I meant Silver, not Graves hahah sorry for the mistake.

About the vortex web, indeed I did not mean the exact same effect, just something similar, even a "nerfed down version". That being said, I feel like the vortex web is this expensive because it is an item, meaning that any hero can buy and use it, allowing for some very powerful combos depending on the hero that buys it. So it should be priced accordingly to the strongest combos, not the "average".

But indeed, I just have the general concept in mind. I also had some idea of some "direction based" effects, if they are technically possible:

The "3"could be attached to some kind of aura effect, such that, when you are in pull/push mode, enemies have bonus/slower move speed when moving towards you, and slower/bonus move speed when trying to move away. In general I think there are too many movement lock/stun abilities in deadlock, so I would rather that most of Magnus skills would avoid completelly movement locking the enemies. That would also be cool that they still have some moment control, to feel the boost/resistance when interacting with the push/pull effects.

These polary modes could be also linked to some small stat changes. So pull mode could give you some extra tankiness to better survive the attracted enemies, while push could make you more fragile, and agile to run away more easily.

Following this idea, the ultimate could be some kind of force field, that either attracts or repels enemies projectiles. Such that you could use the attraction mode to protect your team mates, and the repel mode to protect yourself
